Tyler started to read the Encyclopedia Brown books out-loud while the kids play as a way of cutting back on screen time. Before we knew it, Parker was sitting and listening with such curiosity, coming up with his own theories, and incorporating new words into everyday life.
So, to celebrate Parker's first read aloud and this new discovery a few years earlier than I anticipated, we created this simple shirt with the address to Encyclopedia Brown's Detective Agency. We used the Cricut, but you could very easily print this one out and use freezer paper as a stencil or cut out the iron-on with scissors or an x-acto knife.
