visionary journal - chasing big dreams

Big transitions can cause setbacks in a lot of ways, but once the excuses started rolling in I lost track of my goals. This summer I gained a whopping 20lbs. It's not like I was eating an excessive amount, this is just what happens when I don't exercise daily. And for me, it is easy to turn a few days off into a few weeks off into whoops I took the whole summer off from exercising. So when Monique Malcolm asked me to test out her Visionary Journal I was on board 100%.

But I have to tell you, this journal went above and beyond my exceptions. It took me step-by-step through the goal making process and none of it was overwhelming. Instead, it opened my eyes to so many long term goals that have been sitting on the back burner waiting for me to take action.

Furthermore, Monique motivated me with her question, "what could you accomplish in a year that would move your life significantly forward?".  The truth is, when I started this year, a big goal of mine was to get a book deal. I took a few steps right out of the gate, but as time moved forward my direction was lost. That is what this journal is going to help me with and I am so excited!

For the next 90 days, I am doing to chase my goals with daily tasks that move me forward in three areas of my life - losing weight, getting that book deal, and keeping a clean/organized house. In the past, goals like this have seemed so overwhelming, but with Monique by my side, holding my hand with her words of encouragement, I am feeling confident and ready to meet that finish line with a big celebration.

Although Monique gave me this journal to try out, all opinions are my own. In fact, I would love for you to head over to her site and get the lowdown on what this unique journal entails.  So, tell me, what could you accomplish in a year that would significantly move your life forward? Now go get started!
