run 30 - halfway point

Okay, so I have made it halfway through my run 30. And, I have to say that although I have not lost any weight, I feel incredible. This was just what I needed.

I have this theory that the results lag a couple weeks behind the work. It is easy for me to get discouraged and give up. So we will see. And as much as I don't want to show these photos of my midsection, I am happy that I am documenting with photo progress. Because, I see results. And that feels good. So I thought they might encourage you, too. This is what 15 days of running looks like. Not bad, if you ask me.

Thank you to those of you who have written in with such kind and sweet encouragement along with similar stories of taking back both mental and physical health through running. Your support means so much to me.

Now let me distract you with pictures of my kids playing outside and eating treats.
